Transportation in the ktichen

The Champaign-Urbana community is served by the University of Illinois' Willard Airport.

Visit www.flycmi.com for schedules and carriers. Note that Willard Airport accepts only domestic flights (i.e., flights originating in the United States).

International visitors may find it more convenient to fly into the nearest major international airport, Chicago's O'Hare Airport, and then travel to Champaign-Urbana by a charter bus or by train. Reservations and payment are easily done online.

Transportation to and from Homewood Suites Hotel and Willard Airport (CMI) is provided by the Homewood Suites shuttle free of charge if you are a guest at Homewood Suites. Available from 700 Hrs-2300 Hrs. Homewood can be contacted via Willard Airport courtesy phone by dialing 217-352-9160.

Transportation to and from Homewood Suites Hotel, Hawthorne Suites and National Soybean Research Laboratory provided by private shuttle compliments of NSRL. You do not need to be a guest at Homewood Suites Hotel to use the NSRL shuttle. See Agenda for pick up times.

Please note parking on campus at NSRL is VERY LIMITED, so if you choose not to use the complimentary shuttle, plan to have a supply of quarters with you.  Meters cost 75 cents per hour for parking between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
